On the cruise, there was an issue at dinner that kept coming up, so I thought I'd bring it up with you. See, when we head to dinner on the cruise, more often than not, there is a large group of us. So usually we have at least 8-10 people at a table, sometimes more. Because of this, often times, some people get served their food and then it takes about 3-5 minutes for the rest of the folks to get theirs. This happens with appetizers, the main course and dessert. Now I always thought that you wait to eat until everyone at the table gets their food. So I would always wait which would sometimes result in eating cold food. However, if the others at the table gave me the okay then I would eat. Still, there was another one of our cruisers who said I was being crazy. You eat when the food gets placed in front of you. So I thought I would ask you. What would you do in that situation? Do you ask the others at the table if it's okay to eat? Do you wait until everyone has their food? Or do you just dive in? I would always wait until given the okay, but others just went ahead and starting eating. Where do you stand on this?
