The brand new National Lacrosse League team that'll compete in the Capital Region officially has its name. The team is going to be called the Albany FireWolves and their home games will be played at the Times Union Center. Now apparently a lot of fans wanted the name Albany Attack, but that was the name the last NLL team had, and they didn't want to reuse a name. They wanted something new and exciting and I would say Firewolves is exciting for sure!! The games are expected to begin in December!
