Check Out The New Inductees Into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!!

This is such an amazing class of inductees!!! The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame announced this year's inductees earlier this morning and it's such a great group of people. Four women will be inducted...first time that's ever happened. Pat Benatar, Carly Simon, the Eurythmics (which of course is Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart) and the woman who initially said she didn't want the honor, Dolly Parton. Thankfully two weeks ago, she said she had spoken to many people about it, so she changed her mind. And now she's in. Also being inducted this year will be Lionel Richie, Duran Duran and Eminem!

Along with them, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, incredible music producers who helped give Janet Jackson her sound and success, and Judas Priest will receive the Musical Excellence Award; Harry Belafonte and Elizabeth Cotten will be given the Early Influence Award; and attorney Allen Grubman, record executive/producer Jimmy Iovine, and R&B singer/Sugar Hill Records founder Sylvia Robinson will be presented with the Ahmet Ertegun Award.

The Induction ceremony won't take place until November 5th, but you can be sure it will be an incredible one. Imagine seeing all of those acts perform on one stage. And then some of them getting together to jam. I'm all in. The show won't air live but will air a few weeks later on HBO and HBO Max. Congratulations to all the inductees. I think it's a great class! What do you think?
