Grammy Wrap-Up-Bonnie Raitt, Beyonce and Stevie, Smokey and Chris Stapleton

The Grammy Awards were held last night, and I thought they actually were really great. As someone who loves all kinds of music, I felt like they really got it right. First up, Beyonce made history by becoming the artist who has won the most Grammys...period. 32!!! AMAZING!!!! And check this out. The woman who will be performing at the Jazz Festival at SPAC in June picked up the Song of the Year award...it was none other than Bonnie Raitt. Also amazing. There was a fantastic tribute to hip hop with artists like Queen Latifah and Missy Elliott, but for me the highlight performance of the night came from Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder and Chris Stapleton. It was incredible. There's video below.

Oh and one other thing. I want to know what was going on with Ben Affleck. Every time the camera panned to him he seemed so unhappy. Even during the performance of Higher Ground with Stevie and Chris, he was just standing there with a scowl on his face. Hey, we all have bad days, but when Stevie Wonder is performing right in front of you, sometimes it's best to just let everything else go and feel that music! You can see what I mean in the tweet below. Last video on the page. And he looked like that all night long. Feel better Ben
