S Dilemma: My Barber Was Late for Haircut So I Didn't Tip Him. Was I Right?

Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Ron and it's about a hair cut. Here's his email: Hi Jaime. I'll keep this short and sweet. I was on my way to my haircut when my barber texted and said he was 15 minutes late, so I didn't tip him! My coworker thought this was a total jerk move but another friend thought I was totally justified. So what do you think? Should I have still tipped him or did I do the right thing? Thanks so much ~ Ron. Well, I think Ron still should have tipped him. Life gets in the way sometime and things come up. The barber did text Ron to let him know he was running late.
