This is Sinatra! He comes to us from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. He is about a year and a half old. Sinatra is special because he is deaf. But that doesn't stop him at all. He knows his hand signals, and he is full of energy. He would require a fenced in yard for obvious reasons. He loves to play and is so so sweet.
