Rick Springfield was flying high in the early 80's. He was starring on the biggest soap opera of the time, General Hospital, as Dr. Noah Drake. And his music career really took off, first with Jesse's Girl and then several subsequent hits. He even had a movie that he starred in loosely based on his life called Hard To Hold. Unfortunately, the movie bombed, but thankfully we were still buying his records. This was a big hit for Rick in 1982. Here's the video for Don't Talk to Strangers! You have to love all the 80's-ness of it all. The hair, the clothes, everything. Enjoy! Remember he'll be at SPAC this summer with Chicago!!
