Today's social dilemma is actually from a conversation that started about a month ago with friends about the Coronavirus. I have several friends who are really really scared of the virus. Now don't get me wrong, I believe in a healthy respect for anything that can make us sick, but I don't think being terrified is the way to handle it. The conversation reached peak level yesterday when the CDC said that we here in the U.S. have to be prepared for the Coronavirus and that it will definitely be here sooner rather than later. Because of that, several of my buddies immediately went into action, going out and buying masks, vitamins, rubber gloves and more. I did not. They said I wasn't being properly prepared. I said I would treat prevention of the Coronavirus how I treat prevention of the flu. I wash my hands often, I take my vitamins, and I try to not be in an enclosed room with someone who is very sick. Several of my friends feel that's just not enough. So I wanted to ask you. How are you dealing with the knowledge that the Coronavirus is coming to our shores? Have you bought masks? Will you? I'll be flying to Florida in a few weeks. Should I wear a mask on the plane? What do you think? Let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
