This is something that makes me a little bit crazy. What do you call the concoction that you stuff the bird with? And if you don't stuff the bird, you may make it in a pan? My entire life it has been called stuffing, yet as I get older, I run into more and more people that call it dressing. In my world, dressing is something that you put on a salad, and stuffing is what you eat at Thanksgiving!!! That's it, period! That's how I feel about it. What about you? Are you a stuffing or a dressing person?
And one more question. What is your absolutely favorite food on the table at Thanksgiving? Is it turkey? Green bean casserole? Sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes? Or is it the stuffing? For me, hands down, it is the stuffing. My mom's stuffing is the best in the world. I could eat it every day for breakfast lunch and dinner and I wait for it every year! So what about you?
