It's our final social dilemma of the year. And this one didn't seem like such a dilemma to me, but there were several people last night at our karaoke party who thought I was nuts. I said join the club. Here's the question. Do you buy your pet a Christmas gift? Or do you ask Santa to leave a gift for your dog, cat, ferret, whatever under the tree? I do every single year. And every single year, the kitties and doggies love what they get. Sometimes the dogs get new balls to chase. And Jackson our cat gets a new scratching post, or some new catnip. Whatever it is, they always enjoy it. Santa knows exactly what to get them. Of course, there were people last night who were mocking in good fun and laughing at the silliness of it all. I don't think it's silly at all. So simple social dilemma today. Do you buy your pet a Christmas gift, or does Santa bring them a gift, or do you think it's silly to include them on your list?
