Do you sometimes have trouble falling asleep? I know I do. One of the things that makes is hard for us to fall asleep at night is anxiety about the next day. We think about all the stuff we have to do and it keeps us awake. Well, A new study found that making a to-do list before bed can help you fall asleep faster. And the longer and more specific the list is, the better. It doesn't have to be a long list. Even a few bullet points can help. But it's even better if you're thorough. People who wrote longer, more specific to-do lists fell asleep faster than people who wrote shorter, more general ones. So I'm going to give it a try. Tonight before I go to bed, I will write a quick to do list and see if it works. You do it too and we'll compare notes tomorrow morning!!
