Every year, this is an event that is near and dear to so many hearts. All of us who love animals can come together and be a part of the 2018 NYS Animal Advocacy Day!! It's happening this Tuesday, June 5th in the Well of the Legislative Office Building in Albany from 9:30 to noon. Our friend, Steve Caporizzo will be the Emcee for the event. This is our opportunity to make sure that our furry friends are protected legally. This is the time when we get to tell our Senators and Assemblypersons that we want more laws protecting our pets. Thankfully we have wonderful people on our side from both sides of the aisle, because let's face it, the love of animals has nothing to do with politics. All kinds of animal rights organizations will be there along with Bocker the Labradoodle (see picture below) and his mom, Marie, and Hudson the Railroad Pup. So please make time in your schedule to join us this Tuesday to make sure our furry friends, who don't have a voice of their own, get the protection they need. Hope to see you there!
