I love the Fourth of July. And I love fireworks. I really do. My dad loved them and he passed that joy down to me. And now that certain fireworks are legal in NYS, this time of the year we see all kinds of pop up tents selling them all around the Capital Region. Now given my love of fireworks, you'd think I'd be thrilled to see these tents, but I'm not. I always think what if someone drops a match, or a cigarette. I've even seen some of the proprietors smoking. It just doesn't seem safe to me. So if I'm going to buy I'll get them at the store where I feel safety is first. Now several people in my circle disagree with me. They say they must be safe or it wouldn't be allowed. They also say it's super convenient, which I can't argue with. But I'm still not cool with it. What about you? Do you buy from those fireworks tents or do you go into the store and get them? Let me know on the 98-3 TRY Facebook page.
