Word has it that Kelsey Grammer is thinking about a "Frasier" reboot. That's reboot, because unlike the recent 'revivals' of "Will & Grace", "Roseanne", and "Murphy Brown", the new "Frasier" would be set in a new city, with a different cast, and a new focus. However, Kelsey would return as Dr. Frasier Crane in some capacity . . . as the possible link to the original show. It's unclear whether or not he'd still be the star. It's also too early to say if any of the other cast members would be involved, although John Mahoney couldn't, since he passed away back in February. Kelsey hasn't commented, but according to Deadline.com, he's meeting with writers who are pitching different concepts. The original show ran on NBC for 11 seasons, from 1993 to 2004. Would you be interested in watching this show? I think what made the original so good was the way the entire cast worked together. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
