I loved the original documentary on Woodstock. I can watch it over and over again, and now, PBS is set to revisit Woodstock next year with a new documentary. The network announced they will debut a new documentary on the legendary concert , which will air in 2019, the 50th anniversary of the festival. “Woodstock” will be a two-hour doc from award-winning filmmaker Barak Goodman, and will be part of the networks' "American Experience" series. The doc will examine the decade that led to the August, 1969 three-day event, featuring interviews from folks who were present for the concert. I can't wait for this. I love learning about Woodstock and seeing the musicians and the concert goers. Will you be watching? I know I will!
