Scenes and Stories From My Vacation to Long Beach Island

It was so nice to be able to go to the beach this year.  We had the opportunity to go to Long Beach Island off the coast of Jersey.  It was beautiful and wonderful and the weather was perfect!  We had a great time.  Check out some of the pictures below, and a fun video of a seagull making his way into someone's bag of chips!!   I also wanted to ask you...do you do certain things on vacation that you would never do at home.  Things like

1. Let your hair go free like I did...my hair was HUGE and curly the entire week
2. Eat donuts almost everyday!  Hey there were fresh homemade donut shops every three blocks, it was our duty to try them all!
3. Wear tanktops!  I would never wear one at home, but hey on the beach, why not?
4. And learn new things, like I finally know where Barnegat Bridge and Bay is, you know from the Frankie Valli song, My Eyes Adored You!  Yeah, well, it's on Long Beach Island.   That's the Barnegat lighthouse in the pictures below.   It was pretty cool.

I had a wonderful time, but coming home is always the best!  Nothing like home!!   Hope you had a great week too and let me know if you do things on vacation that you would never do at home!
