Lee Kindlon, the attorney for the limo company involved in the deadly crash in Schoharie says that the son of the owner has been taken into custody by State Police. Nauman Hussain had been questioned by police for several hours on Monday. He was taken into custody today. His father, who owns Prestige Limosine, is currently out of the country. Also, there will be a memorial service tonight at Schoharie High School in honor of those who passed away this past Saturday in the limo crash. The service was originally going to be held at the Apple Barrel Country Store, but was moved to the High School because a big crowd is expected. Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul is set to attend and make remarks.
