NBC is planning to air a special celebrating Elvis Presley’s 1968 comeback special sometime next year, and while the network has yet to officially announce who’ll be performing on the show, some of it was apparently recorded this weekend so the lineup has been leaked. According to “The Blast,” “The 50th Anniversary of the Elvis Comeback Special” was recorded over two days on the stage used for NBC’s “The Voice,” with artists such Blake Shelton, Post Malone, Keith Urban, Shawn Mendes, Little Big Town, Mac Davis, Miranda Lambert andDarius Rucker recording their take on Elvis classics on day one. Day two featured performances by Adam Lambert, John Fogerty, Dierks Bentley and Pistol Annies, with sources claiming Miranda Lambert seemed upset during the recording and “walked off stage.” Some folks seemed to think she was upset because they were filming on the set of “The Voice,” a show that stars her ex Blake. But those aren’t the only performances scheduled for the show. Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Ed Sheeran, Alessia Cara, Yolanda Adams and John Legend will also be featured in pre-recorded performances.
