Social Dilemma-Is It Okay to Kiss Someone Other than Your Honey on the Lips

Today's social dilemma happened to me on Wednesday when I was out with my mom.   I've had people comment on this before, but it hasn't happened in a long time, and then on Wednesday, a few people said something so I thought I would ask you.  So, I'm out with my mom at a big gathering of friends.  We were there celebrating the life of a friend who had passed away.  Anyway, from time to time when we're out together at karaoke nights, I will dance with my mom.  For 88 years old, she can kick it, let me tell you.  Well, we got up and we danced and and had fun, and at the end of the dance, I kissed my mom on the lips.   Well, you would have thought that I had done something really wrong.  A couple of people who were there, who are friends, were completely grossed out by the fact that I kissed my mom on the lips.  And they love my mom, but they feel that lip kissing is reserved only for your sweetie and no one else, except children under the age of 10.  So I said, I was once her child under the age of 10, but that wasn't good enough.  They said that since we're both adults there should be no "lip kissing."  Now I've had one or two people say something to me before, but I don't think anything about it, and will continue to kiss my mama on the lips.  So I thought I'd ask you.  Do you kiss your parent or adult child on the lips?  Do you think it's wrong to do it?  I think it's fine, what about you?  Let me know on the TRY Facebook page!
