This is pretty exciting!! Magic Forest, the amusement park on Route 9 in Lake George that has been around since the '60's has been purchased and is now going through a rebirth of sorts. Magic Forest will be called Lake George Expedition Park, and most of the rides and layout of the park will stay the same. But the addition will be "Dino-Roar" a walk through exhibit featuring animatronic dinosaurs! It sounds really cool to me. It's nice that they're keeping some of the tradition of Magic Forest which we all remember going to as kids, but updating it to bring in more and more visitors! And yes, we have Six Flags Great Escape, but I still think lots of folks will head to this new/old park to check it out. I know I will. You can find out more about about it here.
