The weather keeps getting colder and yet Spring is supposed to be 14 days away. So I continue to look for signs that Spring really is coming! Last week we found out that Jumpin' Jacks in Scotia is opening on March 28th! Definitely a sign of Spring. Today we found out that Duncan's Dairy Bar on Hoosick Road in Brunswick has opened for it's 80th season!! That is a sure sign of Spring. And I have it on good authority that Jack's Drive Inn in Wynantskill and Snowman Ice Cream in North Troy will be opening soon too (I'll pass along the dates as soon as I get them) These are the true signs of Spring in the Capital Region.
