Today's social dilemma came about from a new survey that was released a couple of days ago. Basically it was about how clean we are. Anyway, one of the things they talked about in the survey was changing your sheets. Apparently, according to the survey, 50% of us usually go more than a month, including 6% who said they "pretty much never" change them. I was shocked by this. Now I know I'm a bit of a neatnik, but I change my sheets every week. It's my routine, every Sunday morning I wake up and pull the sheets off the bed and put the other ones on. I didn't think that was so unusual, but I guess it is. I was asking some of my coworkers about it, and they said they go two or three weeks, and yes sometimes up to a month I just feel like that's a long time. I mean I do shower every night before bed, so I know I'm clean when I get into my sheets, but still, I also know I sweat sometimes when I have a bad dream, or just you know because sometimes you sweat when you sleep when you get to a certain age. My coworkers think I'm changing them too often. What do you think? When do you change yours? Let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
