It's Teacher Appreciation Week!! Thank a Teacher Today!

Today starts Teacher Appreciation Week! I think it's a pretty important week in our calendar year. I have a great love of teachers. My sweetie is a teacher. My best friend is a teacher, my niece is a teacher. I still keep in touch with teachers I had when I was younger. I know how much they helped and guided my life so that I am living the beautiful life I have today. Teachers don't only teach academics. They help kids with everything. I know this because I see it first hand. I know how much of their personal money is spent on the kids. I know how much work is done at home. And I know they have a true love of the work that they do. They don't ask for recognition, but we should give it to them. They are helping to form our future afterall. So take a minute this week and thank a teacher. Whether it's your child's teacher, or one you had when you were younger, or just someone in your life who is a teacher. Let them know they are indeed appreciated for all they do!
