Social Dilemma-Do You Eat the Skin On Baked or Sweet Potatoes?

So I had a friend over for dinner last night, just to grill and hang out. As part of the meal, I grilled baked potatoes to go with our steaks, and I ate the entire potato, skin and all, and my friend was kind of grossed out. She never eats the skin on anything, wheras I think the skin can sometimes be the best part. I love it. I do the same thing with sweet potatoes. My friend said the skin was just the outer casing and not to be eaten. I said a potato is a potato...eat the whole thing. She said the skin is dirty and no matter how much you wash it, you'll never get all the dirt off. I still wouldn't budge. I love me the skin on baked or sweet potatoes. So quick question this morning for our social dilemma. Do you eat the skin on your baked or sweet potatoes? Or are you like my friend who thinks it's "gross." Let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
