Whitney Houston is back on the Hot 100 chart. The late singer’s estate recently released her remake of Steve Winwood’s“ Higher Love" with Kygo and it debuted at number 63 on the chart. The tune is now the first posthumous Whitney release to ever debut in the Hot 100. Whitney’s original recording of the song was previously only available in Japan as a bonus track on the physical version of her 1990 album “I'm Your Baby Tonight.” And the Hot 100 isn’t the only chart the song has landed on. The tune is also at two on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, and at four on the Digital Song Sales chart. The song sounds really good, and I wouldn't be surprised if it kept going up the charts, especially the dance charts. Give it a listen and let me know what you think on the TRY Facebook page.
