It's National Ice Cream Sandwich Day!!

I am a big fan of the ice cream sandwich so if today is the day to celebrate it, then I'm all in. In fact, there is a box of ice cream sandwiches in my freezer at home as I type. Some people say this is an ice cream for kids, but I wholeheartedly disagree. I love a great ice cream sandwich with the vanilla ice cream inside two chocolate wafers. YUM!! I let the ice cream melt a little then I lick around the edges and then dig into the wafers! That's how I enjoy eating an ice cream sandwich. I'm old school, I like the OG ice cream sandwich, though there are those that prefer the Chipwich. What about you? Do you still eat ice cream sandwiches? How do you eat them? Let me know!!
