Alex Trebek Undergoing More Chemo Treatments After A Cancer Setback

Some disturbing news this morning about Alex Trebek. He announced earlier today during an interview with Good Morning America that his doctors have urged him to undergo chemo again because he's been losing weight and his numbers have been skyrocketing after finishing his first round of treatment for stage four pancreatic cancer. Alex says in the interview, which you can see below, that “I was doing so well. And my numbers went down to the equivalent of a normal human being who does not have pancreatic cancer. So we were all very optimistic. And they said, 'Good, we're gonna stop chemo, we'll start you on immunotherapy,'" he said before, "I lost about 12 pounds in a week. And my numbers went sky high, much higher than they were when I was first diagnosed. So, the doctors have decided that I have to undergo chemo again and that's what I'm doing." The good news is that Alex says he has no plans to stop hosting Jeopardy. In fact in his words, he says "As long as I can walk out and greet the audience and the contestants and run the game I'm happy," Watch the video below to see more of what Alex had to say about what's going on.
