Over the weekend I had the opportunity to head to Cleveland to see Summer: The Donna Summer Musical and to visit the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame! It was a trip all thanks to our friends at Proctors in Schenectady. And it was a crazy, amazing, fun, incredible whirlwind of a trip with my buddy Michael Eck from Proctors. First we saw Summer, and got to visit with the cast at the afterparty. Cleveland is a beautiful city and I'm so glad we got to see it in all it's glory. I never knew that Cleveland was so lovely And then the next day, we went to the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame to meet Donna Summer's daughter and watch her donate two of her mom's dresses to the Rock Hall. It was lovely to meet her and to let her know that her mom's music had a big affect on me when I was young and dancing up a storm. We had a great time. Now while we were at the Rock Hall, we had the opportunity to look around a bit. I took some pictures of some really cool stuff, like John Lennon's shirt, handwritten lyrics to Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, Hall & Oates guitars, Aretha's dress, Mick Jagger's outfits (he's so little), and so more.
