Well this is one of the craziest things I've ever heard. James Dean, the actor who starred in three movies before he passed away in 1955, is set to star in a new movie about Vietnam. Yep, you read that right. James will be the star of the movie.....even though he is no longer with us. The film is a Vietnam War action movie called Finding Jack He'll appear via "full body CGI" and archival footage . . . and the movie got permission from his family to use his image. Another actor will provide his voice. Preproduction starts later this month, and they're aiming for a worldwide release on Veterans Day next year. This is already causing outrage in Hollywood. Chris Evans and Elijah Wood are among those speaking out against it. Add my name to the list of people speaking out against it. There are plenty of great young actors who could play this role. This is just a stunt. And I think it's awful. And I'm sorry that James' family is allowing it to happen. What do you think about it? Will you go see the movie? Let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
