Happy Days Cast Reunited to Pay Tribute To Garry Marshall

Five original cast members from Happy Days reunited yesterday to honor their former boss and mentor, the late Garry Marshall. Ron Howard (Richie), Marion Ross (Mrs. C), Henry Winkler (The Fonz), Donny Most (Ralph Malph) and Anson Williams (Potsie) all got together to support Garry Marshall's theatre in Burbank, California. It was a fundraiser for the theatre, but the reunited cast took the time to fondly remember their time on the set and their time with Marshall specifically. Ron Howard said if it wasn't for Garry finding him and casting him, he would never have the career he has now as a director. It was Garry who first helped him down that road. The rest of the cast told similar stories, including Henry Winkler who said that Garry took a chance on him because they were looking for a tall Italian to play the role of Fonzie and instead got a short Jewish man.
