According to an article in the Times Union, Provence Restaurant and Wine Bar in Stuyvesant Plaza may be changing up things soon. Provence which has served French and Mediterranean food for over 20 years has been closed since March due to the pandemic. But now the owner says he is reconsidering the future of the restaurant. He is thinking about reopening in July as is, but he's leaning toward changing the name and the menu. If he does go with the new direction, the restaurant would serve Italian/Mediterranean food instead of French. If he does do that though, it would delay the reopening until August.
