Sadly It's Been Confirmed That Naya Rivera Has Passed Away

It wasn't the outcome that anyone was hoping for, but Naya Rivera's body was found floating in Lake Piru yesterday.Police said there's no indication of foul play or suicide. Naya was 33 years old. They added, quote, "There are a lot of currents on the lake that appear typically in the afternoon. "We believe it was mid-afternoon when she disappeared, the idea being that the boat started drifting, it was unanchored and that she mustered enough energy to get her son back onto the boat, but not enough to save herself." Naya went boating with her 4-year-old son Josey last Wednesday on Lake Piru, near Los Angeles.Several hours later, Josey was found sleeping in the boat by himself.Police had been searching for her body ever since. Most costars of Naya from Glee posted memorials yesterday. Lea Michele paid tribute to Naya on her Instagram story. She posted a black and white picture of her, plus a shot of fellow "Glee" star Cory Monteith. Yesterday was the seven-year anniversary of his death.July 13th . . . not a good day for "Glee" fans.
