Lots of action at the US Open over the weekend. The fact that there isn't an audience didn't stop the drama and excitement. Watching Serena Williams play is just incredible, and there was a moment or two during her match with Maria Sakkari that it looked like Serena might lose, but she battled back pushing herself to victory. On the other hand though, the number one men's seed, Novak Djokovic was disqualified from the tournament after he hit a line judge in the throat with a ball. Djokovic was frustrated over a call and hit one of his balls toward the back of the court. However, he wasn't paying attention as to where it was going and it hit a lineswoman directly in the throat. Thankfully she's going to be fine but that got Novak kicked out right away Novak apologized on social media.Quote, "This whole situation has left me really sad and empty . . . thank God she's feeling okay. I'm extremely sorry to have caused her such stress. So unintended. So wrong. As for the disqualification, I need to turn this all into a lesson for my growth and evolution as a player and human being. I apologize for my behavior." Too bad we won't get to see him play all the way, but he deserved to be disqualified
