Well, I admit, I'm a little bummed out about this cancellation. ABC originally renewed the TV show Stumptown, and it was on it's Fall schedule up until one day ago. Yesterday, ABC announced that they were now cancelling Stumptown after all. Stumptown was a show that starred Cobie Smulders, and I really liked it. I thought it had a little bit of everything...drama, comedy, action, emotion and more. But now it's no more. ABC said the cancellation happened because there were so many delays in production because of Covid-19. They said because the show would not be ready to launch anytime soon, it was best to cancel it altogether. The only bright spot, and it's a small chance, is that the producers of Stumptown will be shopping the show to other networks and to streaming services so there is a slight chance someone else could pick it up. I really hope that happens. The show ended on a cliffhanger, and I hate when a show gets cancelled on a cliffhanger. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens as to another network picking it up. I'll keep on eye on things. Will you miss Stumptown? Let me know on the TRY Facebook page.
