Are you watching the HBO documentary, The Vow? It's all about the NXIVM Cult that had it's base right here in the Capital Region. They're offices were in Colonie, their homes were in Halfmoon. Their leader, Keith Raniere lived in a neighborhood in Knox Woods in Clifton Park. Watching it all play out on HBO is crazy. It's so hard to believe that all of this was going on under our noses. And it's really important that we pay attention to what happened because there were a lot of vulnerable people who got caught up in Keith Raniere's warped visions.
