Chrissy Teigen and John Legend Suffer Loss of Pregnancy

We’re sending sincere condolences to Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. After weeks of bed rest and other complications, Chrissy announced that they lost their third child overnight Tuesday. This, after starting the day expressing relief after a close call. “We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before,” Chrissy shared in an Instagram post (below). “We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.”  The supermodel went on to apologize to the son they’d come to know as Jack. “I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you,” she said before thanking everyone for his or her positive energy, thoughts, and prayers. “We feel all of your love and truly appreciate you.”  Chrissy finished her post by stating that the love between her and husband will bring them through.
