Joe Bruno who was the former State Senate Majority Leader for years has passed away at the age of 91, following a battle with cancer. Bruno came to be very well known here in the Capital Region and began his public service back in 1966 and never looked back. Bruno walked away from politics in 2008 when an investigation was opened regarding his public and private interests intersecting.
