Sadly, we all know that Provence Restaurant in Stuyvesant Plaza closed it's doors for good back in March due to the Coronavirus pandemic. We now know that it's being replaced by a farm-to-table restaurant called Josie's Table. The owner is naming the place after his mom, Josephine. Josie's will use local, organic and seasonal ingredients for it's menu. And at the bar, there will be natural and organic wines, and specialty cocktails.
