Well here we are, the morning after Election Day and we still don't know who the winner of the Presidential race is. And we probably won't know for a few days. It's hard to hear that because in this age of immediate information, we like to know everything right away. But this one is going to take awhile. The race is very very close and it will take days before a winner can be projected. Bottom line, votes still need to be counted and it's going to take some time to do that. Both President Trump and former Vice President Biden say they're feeling confident, but we will not know anything for at least a couple of days. Especially because of mail in ballots. Some states like Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin didn't even start counting mail in ballots until yesterday. So it could take days to determine who wins those States. And in other states, like Nevada and North Carolina, mail in ballots can come in after Election day and still be counted as long as they are postmarked by Election Day. And of course, there could be all kinds of legal battles around this too. So bottom line, when will we know who our next president is? We'll probably get a projected winner by Friday or Saturday. But again, that doesn't mean that legal battles won't follow, so be prepared. We're in this one for the long haul.
