We have such a beautiful dog from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society as our Pet of the Week. Abassi is a 2-year-old pit mix looking for a home. He is the epitome of our bull in a china shop who might not know how big he is. He is a sweet boy who gets excited quickly. He is looking for an adult-only home with previous dog experience. He can be a little bit intense for some dogs, so if he were to go home with a canine sibling, they need to be very tolerant (a meet and greet is necessary before he goes home). He can be a sweet cuddle bug, and can get amped when he is excited. He could benefit from some obedience classes to help with his jumpy excitable behavior. He loves toys, treats, and giving sloppy kisses. If you're looking for a great dog that has so much potential, Abassi may be the perfect guy for you.
