We have such a beautiful boy from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society as our Pet of the Week. Bruce is an 8-year-old pit mix looking for his forever home. He is currently living in a foster home until he is adopted. He was very stressed out at the shelter, and was not showing his best side. Once he moved to a foster home, he mellowed out, and the real Bruce came out to play! Bruce is currently living with his new best friend, his foster brother, and two terrifying felines (or at least HE thinks they are terrifying). He is a big goof who loves to play with his foster brother and toys. He is working on his obedience with his foster mom (a high-level volunteer at the shelter), and his manners are pretty sparkling. He is happy being your shadow, always wanting to be where you are in case you have a spare hand to pet him or give him the ever-coveted belly rub. He loves treats, so continuing his obedience should be pretty easy. He can be pretty nervous in some situations, so we think a home with older kids and a quieter home would be best for Bruce.
