Every Super Sunday, it's not just the BIG game that everyone is interested in. There's another game that we all love to watch. It's the Puppy Bowl. The Puppy Bowl started on Animal Planet as a way to draw attention to pups that needed to be adopted. And it worked. Ever since the Puppy Bowl started more and more dogs get adopted after it airs. Well this year, the Capital Region has a big attachment to the Puppy Bowl! It was filmed right in Glens Falls at the Cool Insuring Arena! Usually it's filmed in NYC, but the pandemic restrictions made that impossible, so the producers found just what they were looking for in Glens Falls! So on Sunday when you're watching on Animal Planet as the dogs play with their toys and bring the faux football across the goal line, know that it all happened in Glens Falls back in October!
