Social Dilemma-Did You Celebrate Valentine's Day Or Did You Pass This Year?

Today's 98.3 TRY Social Dilemma came from Richard. It's about Valentines Day. Here's his email: Hi Jaime. Let's talk Valentines Day for your dilemma. My wife and I have been together in the house for the last ten months. We both work from home, we're both very safe, and don't go anywhere, and we spend all of our time together except for when she's in one room working and I'm in the other. We both decided that Valentine's Day was out this year. No need to celebrate. We feel that since we have made it through the pandemic (so far anyway) without killing each other proves that we really love each other. We don't need hearts and flowers and candy to prove that. So we're not doing anything special for Valentine's Day. Some friends are telling us that means the love is lost, but we disagree. We're just comfortable in our love. Especially after the year we've all had. I was wondering what you thought. Do you think we should pass on Valentines Day this year? Thanks Jaime ~ Richard. Well, I understand how Richard feels, I really do. But some special takeout, or even a little candy bar is a nice way to just do a little something. That being said, we celebrated by binging Netflix.
