We have such a beautiful boy from the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society as our Pet of the Week. Preston is a 2-year-old Chinese Shar-Pei/mastiff mix. He weighs in at 76 pounds, and it's made up mostly of treats and soccer skills. He came to the shelter as a stray, and because of that, he does need some obedience training. But we always say that training is an amazing way to bond with your new dog, and Preston will do a whole lot for some cheese and hot dogs. He does not like other dogs whatsoever, so he wants to be your one and only. Due to his size, we also think he would succeed in a home with older kids that understand boundaries, especially if this home had large-breed experience!
