While everyone’s been piling on about Sharon Osbourne’s alleged behind-the-scenes antics, she’s stepping out herself and taking all of them on. In an exclusive interview with “Entertainment Tonight,” Mrs. O is firing back against her critics, owning up about where she went wrong – and where the show may go next. Multiple sources, including Leah Remini, are accusing Osbourne of offensive behavior behind the scenes, including calling former co-host Julie Chen racial slurs and saying homophobic things to Sara Gilbert
Osbourne's rep says she’s “disappointed but unfazed” by the “lies,” and Osbourne insists to “Entertainment Tonight” that she’s not racist. And that messy on-air spat on “The Talk”? She felt "set up," saying her co-hosts were breaking an oath they made years ago not to surprise each other with heavy topics like that without being prepped. Meantime, CBS is extending its hiatus of “The Talk” through the rest of the week as they investigate the situation. As for the future of the show, Osbourne doesn’t know if she’ll still be on the panel. Either way, she says she’ll “keep apologizing” to Sheryl Underwood, whose feelings Osbourne says she “should never have dismissed on national TV.”
