We all know by now how important it is to keep our vaccination cards safe and in good condition, so that you have proof that you were vaccinated in case we ever need booster shots, or for any other reason. Because of that, many people have been thinking about laminating the card. In fact some stores, like Office Depot and Staples are offering to do it for free. But that might not be the best thing to do. Apparently when the card gets laminated there is a chance that some of the ink will come off in the process, making it very difficult to read the card. So instead of laminating the best thing to do is to take a picture of the front and back of the card with your phone. Also if possible make photocopies of the card so you have that in case something happens to the original card. So think twice before laminating the card. Just take those copies and pictures and then put the original in a safe place for safekeeping!
