It's The End Of An Era! Benita Zahn is Leaving WNYT!

We got some shocking news last night when longtime WNYT anchor/reporter Benita Zahn announced that she was leaving Channel 13 for good. And no, she's not leaving to go to a different TV station, or another city across the country. She's leaving the news business for good. Benita will be working in the health care field as a certified health coach with Capital Cardiology. Benita has been with the station for about 40 years and it will be strange not seeing her on our screens anymore, but we certainly wish her nothing but the best. You can see Benita's big announcement below. She will continue to perform with her friend and fellow Channel 13 anchor, Jerry Gretzinger as the Singing Anchors.
