I'm really looking forward to this. I think it's going to be a lot of fun! Luke Evans and Josh Gad are coming back as the "Beauty and the Beast" duo, Gaston and LeFou. Disney+ is doing an 8-episode prequel series . . . and the best part...it'll be a musical just like the live-action film. Briana Middleton from "The Tender Bar" will play LeFou's step-sister Tilly. The series is set years before the movie, with the three characters going on a journey that includes lots of comedy, adventure and romance. Josh will produce and write scripts, along with the creators of "Once Upon a Time". Alan Menken will return and compose the soundtrack . . . just like he did for both the cartoon and live-action "Beauty and the Beast" films. I love that Disney+ keeps giving us not only new content, but lots of interesting prequels and sequels to some of their biggest movies. I'm all in for this. What about you?
