We all knew that Mark Harmon wasn't going to be on ALL the NCIS episodes this year, but I think we all believed it was going to be more than just a few. According to the website TVLine, sources have confirmed that Gibbs himself will only be back for a few episodes next season. What a "few?" Well it looks like it's going to be in the low single digits. Four or five episodes. That's a lot less than I thought we were going to get. I think NCIS is going to look very very different this year. We already know that Bishop (Emily Wickersham) is gone. And with Mark Harmon only appearing in a few episodes, who will lead the show. Well, CBS apparently is in talks with actor Gary Cole to take a major role in the show. I like Gary Cole, always have, but will he be able to take the spot filled by the HUGE HOLE Mark Harmon leaves?? Plus, the show, which has always been on Tuesdays at 8, will be moving this season to Mondays at 9. Will you still watch NCIS with all this new information? I'll check it out, but I'm very skeptical.
