Were you watching Richard Branson's historic space flight yesterday morning? I couldn't take my eyes off it. Billionaire Richard Branson and four other people took a flight to the edge of space and it all went off without a hitch, thank God. They made it 53 miles above the earth into space for a few minutes. They attained weightlessness for about three to four minutes. The point of the flight was to prove that "average" people could go into space, not just NASA astronauts. Branson wants to make it so that we could all take a right on his Virgin Galactic "plane" if we wanted to. The only problem is, right now those seats sell for $250,000 per person. He's trying desperately to get that price down lower so people could truly afford it. He's even teamed up with Omaze, the fund raising site, to give away two seats on a flight. And remember, that other billionaire, Jeff Bezos, is heading to space in his own craft on July 20th, also with the idea in mind that others would have the chance to do it. What do you think?
